Lodging

Accommodations have been reserved in Sherbrooke hotels and university residences. Morning and evening shuttle service will be provided. However, it is important that you contact the lodging service of your choice as quickly as possible to reserve your room.

To gain access to a preferential rate, please mention to the hotel or innkeeper that you are attending the international Forum on integrated water management.

Two types of lodging are offered:

On-campus accommodations
Off-campus accommodations

Staying on-campus:

This alternative, at modest cost, provides you with the opportunity to live on the conference site itself. And of course, it is an exceptional way to reduce your carbon footprint.

Rooms containing a single bed and a wash basin have been reserved, including access to shared bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Each room has a small refrigerator. Bedding, towels and soap are also furnished.

Reservations must be made before April 15, 2009.

How to reserve a room in the residences of the Université de Sherbrooke?

You must reserve directly with the Université de Sherbrooke :

Off-Campus Accommodations

Accommodations have been reserved in five Sherbrooke hotels and residences. Morning and evening shuttle service will be provided. The hotels are within ten kilometers of the Université de Sherbrooke. Reservations must be made before April 15, 2009.
