Exhibiting opportunities

You wish to show your products or services to over 500 representatives of water management?

16 Exhibitor spaces of 10'X 6' (3 X 2 meters) are available. First come, first served!

Sites and visibility

Stands are strategically located in the two coffee-break rooms to offer you maximum visibility. Click here to view sites.

There will be minimum of 4 X 30 minutes coffee-breaks.

We will invite participants to visit stands before the start of workshops in the morning, during lunch break (1:30) and at the end of workshops.

We will make microphone announcement at different times of the day to remind participants to visit stands.

At least one page will be dedicated to exhibitors in the participant kit.

Exhibitors will be added to the Forum's website after the signature of the exhibitors' contract.

Cost and advantages

Cost for an exhibitor space is $1000 for the 3 days of the Forum.

That includes (1) half price admission to the Forum pour your organization representative.

Organizations may share an exhibitor space. Both entities must apply together and only one person will get a half price ticket.

If you don't have a partner at the moment, but wish to share an exhibitor space, please contact us; we might be able to help.

How do I apply?

Please send your application to rv-eau@cogesaf.qc.ca and make sure you include the following information:

  • Name of your organization, description and contact info
  • What you plan to exhibit
  • What you wish to distribute (if applicable)

We will contact you in the following days after receiving your application.
